Uloga anesteziološkog tehničara kod primjene regionalne anestezije – Aksilarni blok

SAŽETAK

Regionalna anestezija – kolokvijalno „BLOKOVI“ obuhvaća niz anestezioloških postupaka kojima se postiže privremeni gubitak osjeta, a često i motorike, u samo određenom dijelu tijela. To se postiže iniciranjem anestetika izravno oko živca koji opskrbljuje područje na kojem se izvodi opreracijski zahvat.

Regionalna anestezija u pravilu se kombinira sa sedacijom čime se izbjegava svaka nelagoda vezana uz boravak u operacijskoj dvorani.

Uloga anesteziološkog tehničara vrlo je kompleksna i zahtjevna, kako zbog kontrole stanja pacijenata od ulaska u operacijsku dvoranu pa sve do povratka na odjel, tako i zbog kontrole medicinske opreme, uređaja i instumenata.

Anesteziološki tehničar – profesionalni zdravstveni radnik, dodatno educiran za rad na odjelu anestezije. Osim što mora biti sposoban surađivati s liječnikom anesteziologom, mora biti u stanju kao dio anesteziološkog tima preuzeti odgovornost za pacijenta od trenutka ulaska u operacijski blok, pa sve do trenutka povratka na matični odjel.

ROLE OF ANESTHESIOLOGICAL TECHNICIAN WITH APPLICATION OF REGIONAL ANESTHESIA-AXILLARY BLOCK

SUMMARY

Regional anesthesia – colloquially “block” includes a series of anesthetic procedures to achieve a temporary loss of sensation, and often the ability to control certain part of the body. This is accomplished by initiating an anesthetic directly to the nerve that supplies the area where the surgery is performed.

Regional anesthesia is normally combined with sedation, thus avoiding any discomfort related to the stay in the operating room.

Role of the anesthesiological technician is highly complex and demanding, as it is necessary to control the condition of the patient from the commencement of the procedure until returning to the department, and the control of medical equipment.

Anesthesiological Technician – professional health worker,furthermore trained to work in the department of anesthesia. Besides being competent to cooperate with a physician anesthesiologist, must be able to take responsibility for the patient from the moment they enter the operating block, until the moment of their return to the ward.
